About Prana

PRANA is a brand of sculptural candles and contemporary handmade decorative items, located in Guatemala.

We are a brand of high-quality sculptural candles, made with 100% soy wax and natural essences, with which we take care of the health of all people with organic and toxic-free candles.

We also have home decoration accessories. We always try to take care of the quality of our products, to ensure that they are unique designs that people can identify with and create harmonious spaces every day.

Our goal is to reach people's homes, fill them with spectacular aromas and good energy, and create harmonious environments.

When we chose the name of our brand, we wanted it to have a meaning that we felt connected to, and that's what happened.

PRANA means Breath of Life, and in Hinduism it means Inspired Air.

Which connects everything in the universe… Prana is located between the diaphragm and the base of the neck, it is the center of the circulation of all our energy. This force keeps the lungs and the heart active. And this energy is obtained with breathing, in the air we inhale and in the way we introduce it to our bodies.

But there is more… Prana is the energy or life force that permeates the entire universe. It is present in all things, whether animate or inanimate. The manifestation of the universal consciousness that animates matter and is expressed in the universe according to the level of vibration of the forms that exist within it.

The idea was born when I was starting the habit of meditation and gratitude. When I meditated I did it in my room, it seemed like a harmonious space, a safe place, I loved the beginning of this habit so much that I loved talking about it and how much it supported me in my personal growth. I think that  Your home is a space where you feel safe, calm and at peace, and something that managed to transmit this feeling was lighting a candle, how relaxing it was. Among my daily meditations I had the idea of creating candles, which would not only give me that light of peace and harmony, but would also look beautiful in my spaces, and it seemed nice to me to bring those good vibes, the best intentions and that abundance that I was creating in my personal growth to other people.

I was instantly preparing, studying and researching, I wanted them to be gentle on the environment and have a pleasant aroma for a room no matter where I placed it.

I knew that the material to be used would be organic, so I decided from the beginning to only use candles made of 100% soy wax, natural products that cannot put your health at risk for any reason. 

Then came the design, I have always been passionate about interior design, art, and more. I knew they had to be fine sculptures, and that everyone could appreciate their design.
